I had concern on structural damage. My rep, Tom K, was very courteous and honest.  He took the time to listen and fully inspect the foundation.  Tom did not oversell me, in fact there was no need for any repairs but he did show me a few things once we refinish the basement.

My complements on the fantastic job your organization did on my basement.  Your staff was prompt, courteous, and very contientious.  When the job was completed, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Our system was installed prior to the 12 inch rain that fell in Omaha this summer.  We made it through without a drop of water in our basement.  Prior to the installation, we would have water in the basement after a 1 inch rain. Brian was very informative and professional. It's been my experience that technical sales people enjoy throwing their jargon around to create what could be a false sense of fear and need. I can't tell you how much I appreciated Brian's approach.  He determined my house to be level and there was no structural issues.  I really appreciated his integrity and that he didn't try to baffle me into paying for unnecessary service.

We had water leaking in the basement and heard an ad on TV for Thrasher so we called for an appointment.  During the install the crew was fast and friendly.  They knew what they were doing and completed it in a timely manner.  The crew leader even helped clean up afterwards as we laid down the flooring.  We have an appointment coming up to have Thrasher look at the foundation.

We had previous experience with Thrasher.  The crew was prompt, courteous, and hardworking.  John, the foreman, explained to us everything that was going to happen and kept us abreast of progress.  They got the job done to our complete satisfaction.

I selected Thrasher because they had the best presentation by a salesperson...it was the most detailed and itemized.  It was very thorough, professional and instilled great confidence.  The competition was very poorly presented, the bid was sloppily done (handwritten without itemization.  The actual bid was less expensive than Thrasher, but the presentation and the salesperson didn't instill the confidence.  I figured I might pay a little bit more, but I would have a better value.  I felt much more comfortable and confident with Thrasher than with their competition.  I think you get what you pay for!
