We highly recommend Thrasher.  They did a first class job!! We have lots of experience with remodeling and construction trades, and Thrasher's team, Cole and Mike, were absolutely the most professional we have ever worked with. From the initial assessment discussions with Cole to actual execution of the project with Mike, the communication was on point. Cole made sure we knew what prep work we needed to complete. When Mike's team arrived he reviewed the scope of the project and walked through the job site to ensure we all were on the same page. Also, he kept us informed of progress during the job The crew worked their tails off including enduring 95+ degree heat to complete the outside work. When completed they walked us through exactly what we contracted them todo, which included an overview of how to operate and service the newly installed equipment as well as time frame to replace our furnishing. We also appreciated the prep and cleanup work they did as well. We were throughly impressed with Thrasher! Most of all having completed this work takes a huge burden off our minds! So, YES, hire Thrasher; you will not find any better!

The guys did a great job — what we thought would take at least two days to complete only took them one day — they left everything clean, in order and managed to not leave any marks on our finished walls

The initial contact I had was a call to set up an estimate and that and also the follow up calls were all helpful, very professional and never a nuisance. The rep was on time in spite of having to navigate around the flooded areas.  The estimate was to close to what I thought and the rep gave us an accurate assessment of the situation.  We are trying to sell our house and if we have the project done for a prospective buyer or need to do it in order to sell it we will have Thrasher do the project.  We have the utmost confidence and have seen their work over the years.

We received information about the DryTrac system and it seemed to fit our situation. After speaking with Mike H. we convinced our condo complex to work with Thrasher to our solve our problem. The entire experience was handled very professionally by Thrasher, from rep. Mike H. to the installation team of Juan M., not to forget the customer services rep. at the home office.

We are very happy that Thrasher had a solution to reduce the high humidity and help improve the air quality. We noticed a difference very soon after installation and starting the Sedona. 

Thrasher provided an estimate promptly and guaranteed the work.  Everyone who came to the parsonage (where the work was done) were extremely careful, laying down drop cloths etc; they were polite and clear about what they were doing.

I just wanted to contact you to compliment your representative, Charles Kneifl.  He has been very professional, ethical and helpful in being sure we understood your systems and that we were receiving the system that we needed.  He even went out of his way to return when it was apparent that the initial system we expressed interest in was not going to fulfill our needs.  Having been in business for over 30 years, I know that it is easy for customers to express dissatisfaction, but often appreciation goes unsaid. Mr. Kneifl is an excellent representative of your company and we hope he is appreciated by you.
