Concrete Leveling in Aurora, CO

This homeowner wanted to fix the eye sore leading up to his front door as well as a bump that had formed at the entrance of his driveway. He liked the solutions that he saw we offered online, so he decided to give us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Jeremy Sund to inspect the concrete and determine what solutions we could offer to solve the eye sore and driveway bump. Jeremy found that the concrete had settled on the driveway and sidewalk due to poor soil compaction and wash out of this soil underneath the concrete. After discussing our 3-part Concrete Protection System with the homeowner, he was thrilled that we could solve this problem. One of our concrete installation teams came to this house and utilized our 3-part Concrete Protection System included PolyLevel Concrete Leveling, NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair, and SealantPro Concrete Sealing. This system helps to lift, level, seal, and prevent any future problems of concrete settlement, pitting, and flaking. The homeowner really liked this solution and the quality of service he received. Concrete Driveway Repair in Little Rock, CO

When Robert was looking for someone to fix his concrete, he got two other offers. But he chose Thrasher because we gave him the best experience. We gave him a good price and took the time to explain the problem to him, while the other contractors just gave him a price without any explanation.

The reason Robert needed his concrete fixed was that he recently had surgery on his back. He had a damaged driveway and his walkway to the front door had sunk into the ground because of soil erosion. It was important to him that there were no tripping hazards or uneven concrete near his home.

To fix these problems, our team used special materials called Polyfoam and NexusPro. The damaged driveway was a challenge but our team, led by Dakota, did an amazing job and Robert was really happy with how it turned out.

Patio Settling Repair in Castle Rock, CO

This homeowner was worried about water coming into his home because of his patio sinking. There was big gap between where the wall ended and where the concrete should lay. He called Thrasher because he knew of our great reputation and professionalism. System Design Specialist, Mike Williams, came out to meet with him. Mike found the front patio was settling towards the house due to poor soil used as fill under the slab. Mike took these findings back to the homeowner and together decided on a solution. We used our Concrete Protection System, including Polylevel to lift and level, and NexusPro to fill in the cracks and joints. Best thing about our products, is that they are waterproof, so they prevent any more sinking due to washout. The homeowner loved this solution, and there is no doubt they are no more worried about water getting in or any trip hazards they had. Check out the before and after of this one!

Concrete Repair in Colorado Springs, CO

This homeowner was concerned because there was a void in his driveway that was getting worse and causing the car to start sinking into the void while it was parked. After looking into companies to help, he gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Anthony Salcedo to inspect the cause of this sinking concrete and come up with a solution to fix his driveway. Anthony found that the soil underneath the concrete could not hold the weight of the concrete as it was poorly compacted because the soil was backfilled when the home was built. The weak soil underneath the concrete allowed the concrete to sink, so Anthony suggested our team will lift and seal the concrete. Our team utilized PolyLevel Concrete Leveling and NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair to lift, level, and seal the concrete driveway.

The customer was very happy with the project and he was very excited to be our first customer in Colorado Springs. Check out his newly leveled driveway!

Sinking Flagstone Concrete Repair Erie, CO.

Bill was concerned with his flagstone patio sinking. He was worried that water would pool up and freeze during the winter, which could cause foundation problems once melted. The thick concrete slab was beginning to sink due to loose backfill soil and not having the joint between the home and the slab sealed. This caused water to pool and soften the soil around the concrete, ultimately causing the sinking.

For this project, we were able to lift the slab 3" using PolyLevel as well as sealing the joints with NexusPro. This will prevent future issues of water from getting under the flagstone patio. Bill was ecstatic with the results and believed the crew exceeded his expectations and the slab is now perfect!
