We helped the Orland Community Center to repair their damp, musty crawl space and keep the building protected. The before photo shows active moisture seeping into the space, along with wood rot. To seal moisture out we installed drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier. A new SmartSump pump helps remove groundwater by pumping it away from the building through an exterior buried discharge line. These products work together to keep the crawl space dry, which in turn prevents the wooden structure of the building from facing any mold or rot issues.

Concealed under a neat concrete layer, WaterGuard provides effective drainage without obstructing the homeowners' use of their basement. Coupled with WaterGuard, the SuperSump system adds an additional layer of assurance. This reliable sump pump solution efficiently removes water away from the foundation using a 1/3 HP Zoeller pump and includes an alert system for optimal peace of mind. As a result, our customer now enjoys a safe, dry, and usable basement.
