Concrete issues have a significant impact on three vital aspects of your life. Firstly, they jeopardize the safety of your home, posing risks to your overall quality of life. Uneven sidewalks and pooled water on driveways can lead to severe injuries, potentially exposing you to liability if accidents occur. Secondly, these problems decrease the value of your home, putting one of your most significant investments at risk. Ignoring concrete damage can lead to further deterioration and structural issues, potentially causing extensive damage to your basement or foundation. Lastly, these concerns can harm your peace of mind.
Knowing all of this, this homeowner called Midwest to help them with their concrete and ensure their home wasn't another thing they had to worry about.
This homeowner was concerned adjacent to her foundation had settled, leading to water flowing toward her foundation and basement. After a friend recommended she work with Midwest, she had us come out to help her with the problem. To tackle this issue, our team used PolyLevel foam to lift the sunken areas of the concrete and then carefully sealed all the joints with NexusPro. Our team successfully resolved the issue, ensuring that water no longer posed a threat to the foundation. The satisfied customer shared her experience, stating, "I feel much better now knowing that water is not running towards my foundation. The last thing I want is a wet basement."
This homeowner was frustrated as her concrete had been undermined by chipmunks and rainwater that washed out the soil underneath the concrete. She had enough of these struggles, so she called us.
We sent System Design Specialist Nick Wessling to inspect the unique concrete problem and answer all questions that this homeowner had. Nick determined that the voids underneath the concrete created by the eroding soil and chipmunk areas led to the concrete breaking and settling over an inch. The homeowner was impressed with this assessment and wanted to complete this project with us. Nick and his team used PolyLevel Concrete Leveling and NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair to raise the settled concrete and seal it off from water or chipmunks getting into the joints of the concrete.
The homeowner was very excited with the final result as she wanted to do this project for a while. Check our her concrete restoration!
We recently had the opportunity to help Jan with her sunken concrete steps. We were able to restore her steps to their original position and stability with Polylevel. This happens by injecting polyurethane foam beneath the concrete through tiny ports, no larger than a penny. It starts off flowing like water, so it fills even the tiniest spots in the soil. As the foam expands and hardens, it lifts the slab and compresses the surrounding soil. Thanks to the fast drying time of PolyLevel, Jan was able to use her steps on the same day. At Midwest, we are committed to delivering high-quality foundation repair services that exceed our customers' expectations.
This homeowner wanted to restore her cracked and sunken driveway so that she could walk up and down it without tripping over the cracks and unlevel concrete. She had used us previously for foundation settlement and waterproofing projects, so she gave us a call again.
We sent Service Technician Brandon Rost to discuss our 3-Part Concrete Protection System to solve her driveway problem. The homeowner loved the idea of restoring her driveway, and she was eager to see this solution. Brandon and his team used our 3-Part Concrete Protection System which included PolyLevel Concrete Leveling, NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair, and SealantPro Concrete Sealing to lift, level, seal, and protect the homeowner's concrete from any future problems.
The homeowner was happy to see her driveway protected and visually more attractive. Check out her driveway restoration!
