The sidewalk to the home of this couple was getting so bad it was becoming an extreme trip hazard for family and friends who wanted to visit. They had been Thrasher customers before, they knew of our reputation and loved the great quality work they received in the past, so they called us back up. Jordan Mullen, one of our System Design Specialists, went out to meet them. Jordan found they had a downspout right on the corner of their home that was dumping water right onto the sidewalk, which caused the soil the wash away from under the sidewalk. This caused the sidewalk to break away from each other and settle. To fix these issues, we buried the downspout out into the yard, so it wouldn't continue to dump water onto the sidewalk. Then we lifted and leveled the sidewalk to the home, using our Polylevel, and sealed all the joints and cracks with nexus pro. These homeowners were very pleased with the work done, and are planning on calling Thrasher again for all of their foundation, waterproofing, and concrete needs. 

For this project, we worked on Martha's beautiful countryside house that she bought back in 2021. Martha's concrete was cracking and has settled over the 20 years since it was first installed. She was told by other companies that her concrete would need to be fully replaced. But when she turned to us for an alternative solution we suggested using our PolyLevel foam system to lift and level the concrete. Additionally, we applied out NexusPro joint sealant to make the concrete even more durable. Martha was thrilled with the results, stating, "I'm glad that reconditioning the concrete was an option versus having to tear it all out and replace it." 

This homeowner had her concrete joints sealed by another company, however they did not seal her entire driveway. She noticed that the seal was already starting to crack, and she was frustrated, so she gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Tyler Bovee to see what joints needed to be sealed, and to determine which joints needed to be resealed. Tyler used NexusPro joint sealant to seal and reseal the concrete joints after ripping out the old sealant. This homeowner had water leaking into her storage area in her basement from the corner of his driveway. She was pretty frustrated with this situation, so she decided to give us a call for a free estimate.

We sent System Design Specialist Jordan Mullen to inspect the driveway and determine what caused it to direct water into the storage area. Jordan found that there was a large void in the driveway on a newly poured area and so the stoop cap was leaking. While this problem was not ideal, the homeowner chose for us to fix her driveway because of the communication we sent her regarding her problem as well as the warranties we have on our products. Our team came in to lift, level, and seal the driveway using PolyLevel Concrete Leveling and NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair. Not only did this solution fix the uneven and cracked driveway, but it also stopped the water flow to the basement.
