Tim was very fun.  He was very knowledgeable when we first met.  There wasn't any pressure either which was really nice.  I really like that MidAmerica is so affordable, it also helped when it came to picking a company.

Tim was very thorough and very courteous.  I first heard of MidAmerica at the Cedar Rapids Home Show.  The initial presentation and courtesy was what really hooked me.  The installation crew was great.  They showed up on time and the clean up was more than I expected.

Oscar and the guys were great, and I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get things done. Since there was a discount to book on the same day, and because the described water proofing system is more advanced than the competition, I went with it. Any other company is going to cost just as much or more, anyway, I figure. Joe was wonderful about explaining everything to me, and when issues came up, he was understanding and worked with trying to keep the cost down. Oscar and the crew also did a great job, and were very nice about everything. I hope you appreciate your great employees!
