The office staff was very professional. I really enjoyed reading the packet that I received before my appointment.  It helped me with questions I already had and I developed some new questions. 

I was very impressed by how fast they were able to install everything. Everything was installed in less than a week.  The installation crew was very nice and clear when they were explaining things to me.

I called around to try to find out who installed our original basement system and MidAmerica offered to come out for free to check it out and make recommendations. Kyle McCarty and his crew did the waterproofing, bright wall, clean space, and outside work. Very nice, knowledgeable young men. Enjoyed visiting with them. Dillon Heard and his crew did the windows and window wells. Again very nice, knowledgeable young men. Would definitely recommend both crews!

Ryan was very friendly and informative. I was glad he showed up! He had a great sense of humor and was an excellent salesman! The office was very courteous and helpful. They always got right back with me and was quick to come take a look for me. The crew did a great job. They were on time and very courteous as well. 

I wanted to compliment the service tech, Pete Phaythida, who came to my house today. He left two messages--one when he was on the way and one when he arrived. He was very professional and kind.
