Room additions are great when you are looking to increase your home’s square footage, but down the road, issues can arise. PolyLevel is a simple, effective lifting solution that fills the voids under your concrete slab to lift and level the addition back to its original position. The PolyLevel system uses small injection holes, roughly the size of a dime, that go unnoticed once job is complete. PolyLevel is the only “right” solution to lift and level concrete of all types.

Roberta was ready to put her home on the market, when her realtor insisted on fixing the cracked and unlevel walkway to the front door. While looking around at her options, Roberta came across the PolyLevel system offered by MidAmerica Basement Systems. Similar, but more effective than mudjacking, PolyLevel is injected under the concrete to lift and raise sunken concrete, allowing for cracks to realign. PolyLevel’s light weight foam precisely fills and lifts concrete, while providing a more permanent solution than typical mudjacking. Michael’s garage floor had many cracks in them, causing many tripping hazards. He recently had a radon mitigation system installed with MidAmerica Basement Systems and reached out again to have his concrete slab addressed. It was noted that some areas had sunken, causing the cracking throughout the whole garage. To level and stabilize the sunken areas, PolyLevel was injected into the slab. The expansion of the PolyLevel filled the voids, and lifting the slab back to level. Micheal has lived in his 1950's home for the last 22 years. He plans to live in his current home forever and thought it was time to fix his sinking driveway and garage floors. Over the year this garage floor has sunk over an inch and a half. It was a trip hazard and an eyesore. Along with his garage, his driveway was cracked in a few places and the slabs were all uneven. When he contacted MidAmerica Basement System he was interested in learning options for leveling his driveway. Design Specialist Cole Tatge was eager to teach him about the PolyLevel technology that could help his sinking driveway. PolyLevel is a foam that is injected under the slab to fill the void underneath. Ports are inserted into the driveway where the poly foam with be inserted. When the void is filled with the foam it starts to expand and harden lifting the slab. After the driveway had been leveled the spaces in between the slabs are filled with Nexus Pro. Nexus pro allows the slab to grow and shrink during hot and cold months without the slab cracking and breaking away.
