In the before photo, notice signs of high humidity and inadequate sealing, which our team resolved by installing a series of high-performance crawl space products starting with TerraBlock™ insulation and a heavy-duty CleanSpace® vapor barrier to enhance thermal resistance, cushion the floors, and completely block out earth moisture. To handle any trapped water, we laid down CleanSpace® Drainage Matting to efficiently direct excess moisture toward the high-performance SmartSump™ sump pump system before adding a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier for industry-leading humidity management and odor reduction. As the after photo shows, the crawl space is now a bright, dry, and fully protected area, successfully enhancing whole-home comfort, improving indoor air quality, and safeguarding the entire structural integrity of the home.
