On this job, our outstanding team installed a WaterGuard, IceGuard, and a LawnScape. The WaterGuard collects water that seeps through the basement walls and drains it to your sump pump. The IceGuard is designed to prevent floods from frozen or clogged discharge lines that lead outside the basement. We also installed a TripleSafe Pump system to ensure that our product will work without fail, due to the third battery-powered fail-safe pump inside the TripleSafe Pump. 

A homeowner in Saint Louis, MO, was dealing with a concerning issue with their concrete driveway. Over time, gaps had started to appear between the concrete slabs, leading to an uneven surface that was not only unattractive but also created a tripping hazard. Worried about the safety of their family and the risk of further damage, they reached out to Woods Basement Systems for assistance. Following a detailed evaluation, the team at Woods Basement Systems suggested using NexusPro™ to seal the gaps in the concrete. This innovative sealant effectively filled the cracks and joints, stopping water from penetrating and causing additional damage. The WaterGuard™ system is designed to capture water seepage from the walls and floor of the basement and direct it to the sump pump. WaterGuard™ is installed just below the floor slab, out of the "mud zone," where it won't clog with dirt and debris. The first two pumps are active, while the 3rd pump is a fail-safe pump attached to a battery in case of a power outage. The WaterGuards are installed above the footing to capture water before it enters the basement. The IceGuards are designed to prevent clogs or freezing in the discharge line. And lastly, our team installed the CleanSpace system to keep the space clean and dry for our customers.
