On this job, our team worked on waterproofing the exterior of the home. So, our team installed SillPlate Draintile, an Exterior Sump Pump System, and a Discharge Line. These installations are designed to collect and drain groundwater that may leak through the foundation of the home and into the basement. The Sump Pump System is what will protect you from a flood that could cause property damage. 

A sump pump was leaking in Maryland Heights, MO, and the water was pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from common problems with an ordinary pump. The TripleSafe can handle a heavy flow of water thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid, which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will now remain clean and dry for years to come!

On this job, our team installed PollyLevel and caulked the cracks using NexusPro Joint Sealant. The PolyLevel allows us to lift up the concrete slabs to equal levels, ensuring that the edges of the concrete do not stick out. To complete the repairs, our team uses the NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the cracks and controlled joints. This will help prevent water infiltration and the soil from softening over time.  

On this job, our team installed a SmartSump pump system to pump out any excess water leaking into the crawl space. We also installed a CleanSpace with Starpipes to drain any water that's trapped under the Heavy-duty moisture barriers. The CleanSpace is designed to prevent further moisture from water vapors, keeping the space dry and clean.
