In Belle, Missouri homeowner William H. was dealing with a leaking basement. After a recommendation from a friend, he made a call to Woods Basement Systems to have his problem fixed once and for all. Foreman Paul Day and his team installed a system to collect rainwater before it can cause any damage in his home. The Woods team installed several of our patented waterproofing products including UltraSump, WaterGuard and IceGuard. Now, William is happy knowing his basement will be dry for years to come.

A basement was becoming unstable in Mexico, MO, and water was entering it. To solve this issue, the GeoLock Wall Anchor System was first installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time.

Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, draining water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharging it from the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain stable and dry all the time!

We sent out our foreman Juan Hernandez and his team to install our waterproofing system, WaterGuard. WaterGuard can be installed in just one or two days, and does no damage to the inside or outside of the home. It is installed around the perimeter of the basement, on-top of the footing.
