A basement was leaking and needed to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, a new sump pump was installed to discharge the water out of the basement. This sump pump will ensure the basement does not flood during heavy rain. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry. 

A sidewalk in Saint Louis, MO, was unleveled and needed to be repaired before potential tripping hazards emerged. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!

Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains to get rid of the unwanted water quickly and efficiently. WaterGuard is a French drain system installed under the floor slab, making it an ideal waterproofing option for both finished and unfinished basement. Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Saint Louis, MO, causing damage. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water.
