By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam is able to expand to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the large gaps in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather due to its durability. The commercial property Suzanne S. owned in Saint Louis, MO had a very wet, leaky basement. The sump pump that was meant to take care of the water problem was no longer working and its open pit made it hazardous as well as allowed water to evaporate and make the basement air humid so Suzanne called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended replacing the sump pump and installing a new waterproofing system.

Woods replaced the old, nonfunctional sump pump with the Twin Pack as part of the new waterproofing system. The Twin Pack contains two powerful cast iron pumps in its airtight sealed sump liner. The pumps sit at different levels within the liner and will kick in automatically when water levels rise in the pit which gives two layers of protection against severe weather.

This commercial property in Saint Louis, MO had major moisture issues in the basement. By keeping the relative humidity low, the SaniDry prevents conditions that foster mold growth and create musty smells.
