Replaced section on this home in Plymouth, CT
This customer called us out to their home to replace a small section of their roof. They started to notice water stains forming on their ceiling which was due to the old age of the roof system. Since water was leaking all the way into the home all of the decking layer was rotting and molding, and definitely needed to be replaced.
Once this was done we could lay down the sealing layer which consists of Sealeron Strip Tape, Sealeron Ice and water, and a sythetic underlayment. These three layers create a water tight and breathable barrier on the home that also acts as an insulator.
Lastly we can install the shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Brownstone Shingles. This color matched up with the original shingles pretty well giving this home a fresh new look.
