This roof had water damage and general wear and tear from old age, there was even moss and algae growing on the roof. We also took care of the rotting roof on their garage. After we got the shingles up we saw that the original roof had used a wood shake decking layer. Since that style is outdated we ripped it up and replaced it with a stronger plywood decking layer.
