Ann in Boxford, MA, reached out looking to replace the gutters on the back of her home while keeping the front gutters as they were. Our team supplied and installed the Klaus High Flow Complete Gutter System on the rear of the house, designed to handle heavy water flow while staying secure over time. The system includes heavy-duty GutterStud mounting brackets and Raindrop Pro Gutter Guards, helping prevent clogs and reducing maintenance. Finished in Musket Brown, the new gutters blend in nicely with the home while providing a strong, long-lasting solution backed by a lifetime guarantee to never sag or pull away. His existing system was no longer doing the job, so we replaced the old gutters with our High-Flow Gutter System, built to handle heavy rainfall without clogging or overflowing. To complete the project, we also installed all new PVC fascia on both the house and the detached garage. Now, Albert has a clean, durable gutter system that not only protects his home but also looks great. The Klaus Roofing Way!
Steve in Westport, MA, reached out after dealing with a leak on the back side of his home. While the roof overall was around 15+ years old, that section had clearly taken the brunt of the wear, with shingles breaking down and signs of past ice dam issues contributing to the problem.
After taking a closer look, it made the most sense to focus on a partial roof replacement rather than disturb the entire system, especially since one side of the home has solar panels that were staying in place. This allowed us to address the problem area directly while keeping everything else intact.
We replaced the back half of the roof, starting with SealoronXT Ice & Water in the vulnerable areas to help prevent future ice dam issues. SealoronXT Deck Tape was applied to the seams of the roof decking, followed by VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the surface for added protection against moisture. The system was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone, giving the home a clean, consistent look while reinforcing the most critical section.
Now, the problem area has been fully addressed, and Steve can feel confident knowing that the section that was leaking is sealed up and built to handle future weather conditions.
