We applied SealoronXT Ice & Water along the vulnerable edges, SealoronXT Deck Tape to protect the plywood seams, and VeloraONE Underlayment across the rest of the roof. With the roof deck fully sealed, we installed brand new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Grey, giving his home a fresh, updated look while also ensuring long-term durability. At this late 1960's home in Madison, CT we replaced the roof and replaced the flashing along the chimney with new lead flashing. We then laid down ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment. This durable, tear-resistant material is engineered to repel water and to adhere to the roofing surface. To ensure proper ventilation to the attic we put in a new VentSure Ridge Vent. This single-family home in Madison, CT was in need of a new roof and sought Klaus Larsen Roofing to take care of the job!
