Steven in Glastonbury, CT, reached out to us for help improving the water management around his home. After assessing the layout and drainage needs, we developed a custom plan to address problem areas and increase protection. We installed the Klaus High Flow Complete Gutter System along the rear right side of the home to handle heavy rain without sagging or overflow. A cracked PVC pipe at the bottom of the downspout was removed and replaced with a new 4-inch pipe for proper drainage.

The first and second levels at the rear of the house were left with their existing 5-inch gutters, but we made sure runoff would flow correctly. To help guide water from the upper roof to the lower system, we installed a water diverter on the rear of the second level, placed precisely for maximum effectiveness. Now, Steven’s home is better equipped to handle rain and avoid potential water damage, with upgraded drainage where it matters most.

The before photo shows how weathered and stained the old garage roof had become, even though it was only about 10 years old. Our crew removed all the worn shingles, replaced any damaged plywood, and installed a complete Klaus Larsen Roofing system using SealoronXT Deck Tape, SealoronXT Ice & Water, and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for full protection. We finished the job with IKO Dynasty shingles in Frostone Grey, which are built to withstand harsh weather without fading or staining. To complete the project, we installed new seamless gutters on the garage, ensuring long-lasting performance and a clean, finished look.
