We revamped the look of this beautiful and regal home with a whole new roof!

Roofing replacement done in Madison, Connecticut. An amazing job done by our hardworking team members from Klaus Larsen Roofing. This roof replacement was made to replace old shingles and we delivered! 

At this Colonial-style home built in the 1960s, we completely tore off the existing roof and replaced it with a brand new Klaus Roofing System. Once we stripped off the old shingles and roofing material we replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from outside moisture. For shingles, architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Estate Gray. To top it off, this brand new roofing system comes with a 50 Year Manufacturer Warranty and Klaus Larsen Workmanship Warranty for as long as the owner lives in their home. This homeowner can now face the coming rough winter months worry-free!

Chris in Higganum, CT had his home’s roof replaced by us back in 2019. Recently, he reached out again when the roof on his shed started to wear down. To keep everything looking sharp and protected, we replaced the shed roof using IKO shingles in Charcoal Gray, the same color used on his home. Now, both his house and shed are fully protected with matching roofing, giving his property a clean, uniform look.
