This colonial-style home in Meridan, CT was in need of a new roof and gutters. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. In terms of gutters, we new 5-inch heavy duty Aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert. We finished by removing the existing vent pipe boot and replacing it with a brand new 4-inch Perma-Boot. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Here we have a home in Tarrifville that needed a new roof but also had another major issue. The chimney was damaged and needed to be completely rebuilt from the roof up. The owner of this home in Berlin had an old roof that began leaking and he couldn't wait for the spring to get it replaced.
