This home in Farmington was in need of a roof replacement on both their home & their barn. To start, we tore off one layer of roofing material and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black on the barn and GAF Timberline Architectural Shingles on the house in the color Weatherwood. Lastly, we installed purpose-made Hip & Ridge Shingles on all ridges and hips of the roof. This house & barn are now looking better than ever, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
This ranch-style roof replacement in Farmington, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off and disposing of all existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we sealed all roof deck joints with flashing tape. We then installed 2 rows of ice and water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. In terms of skylights, we installed 4 brand new Velux Skylights. We finished the job by installing a brand new Velux impact dome Sun Tunnel. This job is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing.

Klaus Larsen LLC completed this roof at the Green Tea Restaurant, located in Simsbury, CT. This job required one layer of shingles, with three rows of Ice & Water shield in all eaves and one valley. We also flashed the cupola and provided a full ventilation system with a Solar Fan, keeping the atmosphere inside this restaurant consistently comfortable.
This single-family home in Granby, CT was in need of new siding and trusted Klaus Larsen Roofing to handle the job. We started by removing the one layer of existing siding. We then wrapped the entire house in Tyvek synthetic house wrap and taped all seams. We installed Mastic Carved Wood 44 Siding in the color Quiet Willow. We installed Mastic lineal trim around all doors and windows. We finished by installing a Vinyl soffit beadboard to match the siding in the entryway ceiling. This house is now looking its best, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
