Doreen in Kingston, NY, contacted us after noticing her roof was over 20 years old and past its lifespan. She was ready for a full roof replacement to protect her home and prevent future issues. Our crew started by removing the old roofing materials and inspecting the plywood to make sure the roof deck was solid. Any problem areas were addressed before moving forward. To properly seal the roof, we installed SealoronXT Deck Tape over the seams of the plywood to help block moisture while still allowing the deck to breathe. We added SealoronXT Ice & Water in the most vulnerable areas of the roof, including along the edges and valleys, to protect against leaks. The rest of the roof was covered with Velora One Underlayment, creating a barrier before the shingles were installed. We finished the project with new shingles in the color Brownstone, giving Doreen’s home a clean, updated look and a roofing system built to last.

It was time for a new roof in Saugerties, New York due to missing shingles. The homeowner knew they would be in goods hands since their sister used us for her roof last year and was pleased with the results! 

We were brought out to Saugerties, New York to replace a poorly installed roof. The roof had multiple layers of shingles which is dangerous because additional layers trap more heat and could lead to a fire. It also damages the shingles which shortens the life span of the roof.

Our team carefully removed the aging shingles and replaced them with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, known for their durability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we used SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield for added protection along the edges and vulnerable areas, ensuring no leaks. For the underlayment, we’ll apply VeloraOne Roof Underlayment, offering superior leak resistance.
