A client residing in Saint-Georges-De-Windsor, Quebec, was facing alarming issues within his basement. In fact, there were multiple cracks visible from the inside, as well as water infiltrations. Client had also an old sump pump which was clearly inadequate. In addition, the excess humidity has resulted in the joists being weakened, thus compromising the house's foundation. We combined our systems for basement waterproofing and foundation repair to tailor a perfect solution that will provide long term protection: Our patented WaterGuard internal drain was installed, linked to our SuperSump sump pump system. Next, we installed CleanSpace Wall to regulate the excess humidity. Lastly we installed our powerful galvanized steel PowerBrace beams to support the joists and thus to prevent any structural damage. We have replaced our client’s old sump pump system with our company’s SmartSump pump since their existing one wasn’t working properly and water was always flooding during heavy rain season!

In addition the old pump does not have an airtight lid and transmits water vapor that is infected with bacteria and mold spores.
