The problem was the earthen crawl space. There was lots of humidity and the wooden beams and pillars were rotting due to the humidity.

To fix this problem, our team encapsulated the crawl space with a drainage membrane and a vapor barrier on the earth floor. This is to lock in moisture coming from the ground. We installed beams and our galvanized steel SmartJack pillars to reinforce the structure of the house and prevent the floor from sagging.
