We have waterproofed this dry and rotten basement in Contrecoeur, Qc when our clients started noticing some kind of water seepage in that area.

Water infiltration was actually starting to affect the foundation of the house, in addition to mold growth and mildew.

We started the waterproofing work by installing our interior drainage system ’The Waterguard’ which is installed inside the basement and won't clog with silt or plant roots.

PROBLEM

Our client Anna had water infiltration in her basement for 3 years. This had created mold on the concrete as well as on the stage floor. The infiltration was even more important in the spring when the snow melted and during heavy rains.

SOLUTION

The problem
