Our client Mrs. Lucie, was not able to tolerate the water that was seeping in with each thaw in her basement and wanted a permanent solution.

SOLUTION

A combination of our waterproofing products was suggested from our team; a SuperSump pump, the WaterGuard drain system, an Iceguard and a LawnScape.

In the basement of our house, which is a construction dating from 1954, there is a hole about 30 cm in diameter. There is always water in the hole. When it rains a lot or when the snow melts, the water level rises and humidifies the surroundings, but nothing more. This hole was there when we bought the house 16 years ago. We would like to know what it is for and what we need to do. We would also like to put a camera in the floor drain that is next to the hole because we have already placed a pump in the hole to drain the water into the floor drain, but the floor drain was not working properly when there was any flow.
