Our client wanted to replace the floor at first, but once he contacted our company we went for our free inspection and informed him that his problem can be fixed easily.

Our client wanted a complete and permanent solution to her problem. And for that, our experts installed a WaterGuard interior drain which is connected to a second SmartPump sump pump system. In this way, the water ends up in the WaterGuard and the latter will direct it to the Smart Pump. Then they laid a drainage mat on the gravel floor. Its function is to direct the surface water towards the sump pump. They added the TerraBlock insulation sheets to the drainage mat in order to insulate the floor of the house and allow for some comfort when moving.
