The client was unaware of the state of her crawl space in the first years after moving in. Once she saw the space, filled with iron ochre, she got worried. She decided to contact us.

SOLUTION

It was essential to install a pump since the iron ochre had blocked the existing drains, creating water infiltration. We also opted for the CleanSpace product, so Mrs. Nathalie could enjoy a clean crawl space. She now feels reassured that the crawl space will be efficient in her home in Saint-Calixte, QC.

A client in Joliette, was concerned about his crawl space. It was very cold and had a very uncomfortable smell. As a optimistic try to solve the problem themselves, they had covered the floor with a rudimentary membrane. However, same did not reflect any positive impact. Our specialist was also able to identify signs of rotten joists, indicating excess moisture within the crawl space.
