There was a hole in the basement floor of the home we purchased, apparently the result of repair work done to some water pipes. It was simply left open. I contacted "Quality 1st" and Jay Alverez came out to check things out. He saw that there was a void under a large part of the floor and pointed out where the floor was sinking (clearly visible around the edges of the room). He recommended using their "Polylevel" product to fill in the void and, possibly, raising the floor.The Quality 1st staff showed up on time, were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the work. The void was filled, the floor raised back to its original level, and the open hole was filled to floor level.Throughout my contact with the company, everyone was friendly and cooperative. They responded quickly to phone calls and emails and answered any questions I had. They made sure I understood what was being done and why.All in all, my experience with Quality 1st has been very good and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your service to anyone.

I am satisfied with the work done by Quality 1st in my basement. My design specialist was very nice and the installation team was knowledgeable. I never had a big water problem in the basement but wanted to do something before it got worse. I was referred to Quality 1st through a friend and chose their company because they had good quality. I invested in a battery back up system, in case the power ever goes out, I will stay have a working sump pump!

He did not attempt to oversell me more than I needed like one other company did or pressure me to sign right away. The quote fits my budget and schedule. The crew arrived at the tail end of the afternoon time window and finished the job quickly. Overall: I would hire them again.

If there were a choice of OUTSTANDING Crew, We would give LJ and his crew a 10! The backbreaking job...on the hottest days this Summer...never seemed to bother these workers. The crew encapsulated our crawlspace which was only about 3 1/2 feet high. They spread 17 ton of stone...carried in buckets from the front to the back of the house...and always greeted us with a smile when they saw us. Imagine being in a dark, damp crawlspace and being eye to eye with a 5 foot snake! These guys easily handled every challenge that came with this job. LJ was like family. He greeted our grandsons like they were his own kids. The company is very lucky to have LJ and his crew working for them. They are a great attribute to the company.
