Prior to having Quality First come, our basement flooded or got water in it after every rain and snow, but after they completed the job, we haven't had a drop since. The technician that came to our house was Will Harris, and he mapped out all the problem areas and made awesome suggestions... He wasn't pushy and forcing anything on us either... We went with a Triple-Sump pump, an Air Filter, and The Water Guard... This was awesome and are thrilled with everything! We will definitely be using Quality First for any waterproofing needs and other services.

Ryan was excellent he came in for yearly service and we decided to put in a new pump after 9 years. He was very clear about what needed to be done he was professional and friendly.

My inspector was friendly and the installation team was terrific, they cleaned up everything and were very neat! I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for years and chose Quality 1st after finding them on Angie's List. I also decided to invest in the battery back up system just in case the power ever goes out in the future.
