Using both our PowerBraces and SmartJackXP, our team was able to stabilize the failing floor joist in this home in Ridgefield Park, NJ. First the PowerBrace is installed to the floor joist. For additional support, we install the SmartJackXPs to the brace to bring the floor joist back towards its original position. 

A homeowner in Ridgefield Park, NJ, noticed their crawl space was damp and humid, so they contacted us for a solution. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to block moisture and humidity from passing through the crawl space. The homeowner doesn't have to worry about a damp basement under their home!

The homeowner reported experiencing water seepage from their walls during rainfall, resulting in significant damage to the basement walls. They reached out to Quality 1st for comprehensive waterproofing solutions. Our System Design Specialist, Javier Hoyos Romero, conducted a thorough inspection and recommended full encapsulation using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona was installed to effectively dehumidify the space by extracting moisture from the air. The result was a fully waterproofed basement, safeguarding the homeowner's property from further deterioration.

This customer opted to have his crawl space encapsulated for energy efficiency. Part of the plan proposed by Design Specialist Laszlo Lenkey was to seal off the crawl space vents to prevent cool, damp air from entering the crawl space, helping to eliminate the opportunity for mold and musty smells to develop.

A Teaneck, New Jersey homeowner noticed their crawl space was getting water and moisture creating a nasty environment.  This happens because the soil around the foundation is poorly compacted and becomes saturated during heavy rainfall, which creates hydrostatic pressure, causing water to be pushed through the walls therefore creating that dampness in the space. This system is thick and durable like a pool liner and will prevent moisture and water from entering the crawl space.
