Quality 1st was contacted by this Wood cliff Lake homeowner when the home inspector told the owner and Realtor the crawl space was wet and had moisture built up inside. Since the homeowner was selling the home, the problems occurring in the crawl spaced was a main concern. Quality 1st sent System Design Specialist, Jeff out to inspect the crawl space and design a solution that provided the best solution for this home. 

Jeff recommended, CleanSpace which would be able to protect the crawl space from moisture and water vapor from coming through the walls. Drainage Matting was installed under the CleanSpace to prevent water from getting trapped under the liner. Clean Space is a durable, bright liner that seals the crawlspace off when applied to the walls and floors.
