Quality 1st Basement Systems received a call from this homeowner in Hackensack, New Jersey regarding their crawl space attracting moisture. We sent our System Design Specialist, Dane Cuccinello to inspect the crawl space, and he suggested they seal it from the earth's elements. A few days later, our foreman arrived and began installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. CleanSpace is a durable liner that is mold-proof and water-proof, and it will keep the crawl space dry and healthy all year round! Our foreman also installed our SmartSump Pump System to efficiently pump out any water that enters the crawl space. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any issues in their crawl space! 

This nasty dirt crawl space was encapsulated with SilverGlo Heat Barrier and Clean Space Vapor Barrier to keep the crawl space dry and warm. A SaniDry Sedona which is the most efficient, high performance dehumidifier and filtration system was installed to eliminate damp and musty odors by drying and filtering the air throughout the crawl space area. 

A homeowner was experiencing a cold and damp crawl space in their Hoboken, NJ home and contacted Quality 1st Basements for a solution. TerraBlock was installed on the floor as extra insulation to prevent cold floors on the first level of the home. Lastly, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed to seal the area for a cleaner space.

SmartJacks do not replace the current columns, but they offer additional support to the entire crawl space beam and floor joist.
