Say goodbye to a damp and musty crawl space, and hello to a clean and healthy environment! We were contacted by this homeowner in Marlboro, NJ to repair their damp crawl space. They knew if this went without repair, it could cause rotting wood, increased energy bills, and mold growth. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to completely seal the crawl space from the outside elements. We also installed our SuperSump Pump System to pump water out of the crawl space. Since the installation, the homeowners' peace of mind has been restored, and they now have a dry and healthy space for storage! 

Porous cold concrete block walls in a crawl space in Carteret, NJ were covered with SilverGlo Wall Panels to provide energy-efficient insulation. The panels (installed by Victor Leon and his crew) are secured to the concrete walls with fasteners. 

When the customer had Design Specialist Mike Fiorillo visit to inspect their crawl space, a replacement access door for the crawl space was discussed. Foreman Victor Leon and his crew installed a new Everlast Crawl Space door, airtight, waterproof, and made from inorganic materials so it will not rot or rust and never needs to be painted.

This customer wanted to prevent water and moisture from coming into their crawl space. Foreman Victor Leon and his crew installed the durable CleanSpace Liner over the concrete crawl space floor to help accomplish those goals. The white liner also brightened up the space. 

This Montclair crawl space had a dirt floor and was full of debris and falling insulation. Floors in a crawl space that are not encapsulated allow moisture to enter the space causing humidity. Humidity causes damage to the structure and mold which was affecting the rest of this home.
