Basement Design Specialist Mike Fiorillo proposed the full-perimeter WaterGuard, expertly manufactured to channel and direct any water seepage to the sump pump. This drainage system is installed on the footing beneath the basement floor and then concreted back over, as was done by foreman Juan Garcia and his crew.
