Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a homeowner in Closter, NJ, who was facing a common problem: excessive moisture in their crawl space. This moisture was not just leading to structural concerns, but also causing musty odors and elevating their energy bills. Our team recommended and implemented the installation of CleanSpace and SilverGlo, known for their superior crawl space repair solutions. Soon after, our dedicated production team led by an experienced foreman embarked on the project. The TripleSafe system was set up to offer triple protection against water penetration. Our team went in and replaced the existing window wells with our SunHouse Window Wells. The Sunhouse Window Well allows sunlight in but keeps moisture, cold drafts and water out. They are sealed tight to prevent water seepage and that nasty humidity from getting inside. They also create a nicer landscaping on the outside of the home.
