Our customer in Belmar lives on the beach.  They were getting water running down the stairs into the basement.  Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended TrenchDrain to stop the water from getting in.  Installed by Luis and his crew the customer is completely happy!

System Design Specialist, Stephen Ventriglio, did a full inspection of this wet basement and recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system to keep the space dry and healthy. Foreman, Juan Garcia and his team removed the old sump pump system and installed our french drain system known as WaterGuard above the footing of the foundation, out of the mud zone to easily accept any water seepage. WaterGuard is attached to the SuperSump Pump System to remove the water from the basement and pump it away from the homes foundation. 

A Belmar, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after discovering a large crack on their concrete patio. Our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe inspected the area and realized the crack was due to settlement. The concrete patio had sunk and over time cracks had formed. Our Team raised the slab back towards its original position and then using NexusPro Sealant, sealed each crack.  The installation was done by our foreman, Sean Johnson, and crew. Afterward, the patio was as good as new making the homeowner fully satisfied. 

A homeowner in Belmar, New Jersey had an old and failing sump pump system that caused water seepage after every heavy rain. They knew it was time to replace the sump pump and get a more reliable system that would protect their basement and keep it dry.  System Design Specialist, Will Harris, came out to perform an inspection and help design a solution. Check out this crawl space transformation in Wall Township, New Jersey! A homeowner was experiencing moisture, humidity and dampness in their crawl space. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Steve Ventriglio, suggested they encapsulate the space. Our foreman, Mario Barron, installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System which will seal the crawl space from the earth, and ensure that the crawl space stays dry. Now, the crawl space has a bright appearance and is a perfect place for storage.
