Using both our PowerBraces and SmartJackXP, our team was able to stabilize the failing floor joist in this home in Ridgefield Park, NJ. First the PowerBrace is installed to the floor joist. For additional support, we install the SmartJackXPs to the brace to bring the floor joist back towards its original position. 

A homeowner in Ridgefield Park, NJ, noticed their crawl space was damp and humid, so they contacted us for a solution.
