At this Annapolis home, this returning customer needed a vent over for the crawl space entrance. We dug out the old entryway of dirt and old wooden boards to replace with a new wood barrier, and then filled it in with stone instead of dirt. Our team then installed the vent cover over the opening of the crawl space, which is a durable plastic plate that will never rust, rot, or need paint.  

At Quality 1st, we recently tackled a challenge faced by a homeowner in Annapolis, MD, who was dealing with an old and decaying vapor barrier in their crawl space. This homeowner had a previous drain outside of the garage and it was in need of replacing. We were able to dig out the old drain and install our TrenchDrain that effectively captures surface water and will prevent any type of flooding through the garage. The surface drain lies flush to the ground and has a drainage channel that will flow the water down to the sump pump system, which then will pump out the captured water.
