Inefficient Sump Pump Solution In Wallington, NJ

We had the pleasure of recently assisting a homeowner in Wallington, NJ, who had become overwhelmed due to persistent water seepage in their basement caused by an old sump pump that could no longer keep up with the high capacity of water entering the space. The homeowner began to worry about the potential for structural deterioration and mold-growth, prompting them to contact Quality 1st for permanent fix.

Once our team arrived at the home, they conducted a thorough inspection of the property and were able to determine the most effective waterproofing strategy. Driveway Repair in Lyndhurst, NJ

A Lyndhurst, New Jersey resident noticed their concrete patio was sinking and settling. This can be a danger for tripping, and is caused by the drying out and shrinking of the soil below the slab. During times of warm weather, the soil under the slab can dry out and shrink. This leaves voids for the concrete to sink and settle. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our foreman, Sean Johnson, installed the PolyLevel Injection. These injections are done by drilling penny-sized holes in the slab, and the polymer foam is injected into the unstable slab. This injection will lift and stabilize the concrete.
