The owners of this Rumson, NJ home had standing water and humidity in their crawl space. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to help them manage the water issue and improve the quality of the air in their home. The installation team installed a CleanSpace crawl space vapor barrier along the entire crawl space to seal it off and prevent moisture from coming into the crawl space. A SaniDry crawl space dehumidifier was installed to reduce the humidity levels. The homeowners have not had water in their crawl space and have noticed that the air throughout their entire home improved dramatically.

Our customer in Rumson had a finished basement but unfortunately had no waterproofing so they ended up with wall and floor damage...  Design specialist Greg Lewis knew they needed to get the water away from the walls to a sump pump and then fix the damage the water had caused.  Wilver and his crew expertly installed our WaterGuard and sump systems, then used our Everlast Restoration to fix the wall issues and our ThermalDry flooring to finish it off!
