Quality 1st Basement Systems waterproofed this basement in Perth Amboy, NJ. We installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will protect the basement from heavy water seepage. The sump pump system gets installed in the deepest part of the basement. Water will collect into the french drain system and direct into the sump pump to be removed and discharged 10 to 15 feet away from the homes foundation. Our team then installed our moisture vapor barrier known as CleanSpace, to prevent moisture and potential mold growth.
A Hillsborough, NJ decided it was time to replace their system when they noticed it wasn't entirely protecting the basement during heavy rain. Quality 1st Basement Systems recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system - WaterGuard French Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep this basement dry. Our french drain system collects water seeping in from the foundation walls and up from the floor. The water is directed into the sump pump system that has a protective liner and airtight lid. Water is removed from the home and away from the foundation to prevent recycled water back into the basement.

Our team performed a full crawl space encapsulation for a homeowner in Rumson, NJ who was experiencing issues in their crawl space. They had a lot of dampness and moisture that caused signs of mold. Our team completely sealed this space by closing all the vents and sealing the crawl space door to ensure no drafts or humidity find their way inside. Our team then installed a moisture vapor barrier known as CleanSpace to the walls and floor to stop water vapor from passing through the foundation walls and up through the dirt floor. Check out this crawl space transformation.
