Quality 1st Basement Systems received a call from a homeowner in Mantoloking, NJ about a crawl space concern. The homeowner noticed some humidity and moisture problems in their crawl space and needed to have it inspected. Our System Specialist, Steve R., provided a crawl space inspection. Steve immediately knew the crawl space needed to be encapsulated, so that outside water and humidity could be blocked out. He then told the homeowner the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System would be the perfect solution. CleanSpace is a thick and durable crawl space liner that encapsulates the crawl space, keeping it dry and healthy. After the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other moisture issues in the crawl space, and their peace of mind was restored. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems waterproofed the basement of this commercial building in Manhattan, NY. We installed the WaterGuard French Drain, TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and CleanSpace Moisture Barrier to help keep the basement dry and healthy. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by the manager of Toast Cafe located in New York, NY. The manager explained they were experiencing water seepage in the basement, so we sent our System Design Specialist, Jack H., to provide an inspection. Jack recommended our Triple Safe Sump Pump. The Triple Safe Sump Pump provides three levels of protection, keeping the basement dry and healthy. The system contains a backup battery, backup pump, and an air-tight lid that seals the system from the basement elements. Since the installation, the manager and their crew have not experienced any water issues, and have been satisfied with the services.

Our commercial customer in Manhattan was having trouble with leaking walls in the basement.  Specialist JC Gibriano recommended the CleanSpace vapor barrier as well as a perimeter drainage system to direct the water to the multiple sump pumps which were also replaced.  Victor and his crew completed the install and the customers were very happy with the results, and are in the process of having Quality 1st do more work in other buildings!

Our customer in Manhattan had no sump pump and a wet section of her basement.  Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended WaterGuard to drain out the water and a new sump pump to take the water out of the basement.  Installed by Luis and his crew, the customer is very happy with the dry basement!
