A homeowner in Belmar, New Jersey wanted a new sump pump because of water that was entering the basement and covering the floor. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and suggested that the TripleSafe sump pump be installed to make sure the basement is dry and protected. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed to ensure that the basement stays protected. The TripleSafe has three levels of pumps built inside in case of one pump failure the next lower level pumps will kick in. The TripleSafe will ensure that this basement stays dry and healthy.
Your home is a big investment. It is where you grow your family and welcome your friends. Having a wet basement can not only decrease the value of your home but hurt your family's quality of life. If its worth having a home with a wet basement its certainly worth finding a permanent solution. This is exactly why Quality 1st Basements installed a SuperSump pump to keep this basement dry therefore creating cleaner air for the family and peace of mind for the Homeowner.
Our customer in Belmar lives on the beach. They were getting water running down the stairs into the basement. Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended TrenchDrain to stop the water from getting in. Installed by Luis and his crew the customer is completely happy!
System Design Specialist, Stephen Ventriglio, did a full inspection of this wet basement and recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system to keep the space dry and healthy. Foreman, Juan Garcia and his team removed the old sump pump system and installed our french drain system known as WaterGuard above the footing of the foundation, out of the mud zone to easily accept any water seepage. WaterGuard is attached to the SuperSump Pump System to remove the water from the basement and pump it away from the homes foundation.
