We were contacted by a homeowner located in New City NY that were facing concerns of concrete surface settlement near their poolside patio area. After meeting with our system design specialist Joseph, he assessed that the home would require our foreman Ramon to install our specially patented PolyLevel Foam Injections as well as a full application of our ultraviolet-resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant. PolyLevel will successfully lift and restore the sunken slabs to their original surface height, it will also stabilize the walkway by filling in any voids left beneath due to poorly deposited soil. NexusPro Joint Sealant is applied to the surface to safeguard against erosion and to fill any cracks that could potentially permit water intrusions. Now this homeowner can wholeheartedly trust that their pool patio is reinforced to take on any future indications of concrete settlement. 

The floor above this Cresskill home was often very cold due to the crawl space below. Quality 1st Basement Systems insulated the crawl space using SilverGlo crawl space insulation. SilverGlo reflect heat back into the crawl space keeping the temperature much warmer. The CleanSpace crawl space encuapsulation system was installed on top of the SilverGlo to seal off the crawl space from the cold concrete.
