Bowing Wall in Glen Arm, MD

Customer reached out to us with concerns of the top portion of their foundation wall was bowing inward about 2 to 3 inches and feared after time this would only get worse.

Our solution for this bowing foundation wall was to install 5 Full Wall Channel Anchors, which will permanently stabilize the foundation wall and, in time, can straighten the wall back towards its original position.

Humidity Control in Glen Arm, MD

This was a partially finished basement that in the warmer months, would become very humid. Humidity can lead to condensation, which can lead to mold. We came out and installed our SaniDry Upright XP Dehumidifier. This dehumidifier eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air, all while being tucked away in the corner or closet of your basement.

SuperSump in Glen Arm, MD

In this home, we removed the old non-working sump and installed our premier SuperSump that is excellent for its performance and value. Our SuperSump is a cast iron pump which is durable to withstand heavy water flow with an airtight lid that will keep out any debris or pests. The pump is installed with a WaterWatch alarm system that will indicate a power outage, tripped breaker or any type of sudden shutdown. This system is effective and will keep your basement dry from future flooding.

Crawlspace Door and Well installation in Edgewater, MD

This customer reached out to our company with concerns of a slope in his floor above his crawlspace. This crawlspace unfortunately had no access points so before we could provide an estimate to correct the slope, we first had to make an entryway.

We came out and did a 3x2 cut through the block foundation and installed our EverLast Crawlspace Door with an EverLast Access Well.

Now with access to the crawlspace, we can get down to the reason and correction of the sloped floors.
