The owner of this Secaucus, NJ basement had water coming into the basement which damaged the floors and walls. Quality 1st Basement removed the failing sump pump that causes water to enter the basement and replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This gave the homeowner peace of mind again that they never have to stress or worry about a wet basement again. 

With help from Concrete Repair Specialist, Andy and our Concrete Repair Foreman, Iian, Quality 1st Basements raised and leveled this entire front walkway in front of this building located in Secaucus, NJ. PolyLevel was injected beneath the sunken slab to raise and stabilize the slab. The small trip hazard created from the uneven concrete was removed. 

In preparation for re-finishing the basement our customers in Secaucus decided to waterproof first.  Design specialist Greg Lewis showed them how removing the old walls and putting in WaterGuard perimeter drain it would ensure the new basement would stay dry.  The walls were removed by Sean and his crew and the WaterGuard was put in.  Now when they finish the basement it will always be comfortable.
