A sump pump can be one of the most valuable tools that a basement has to prevent water damage. In this house, Quality 1st Basement Systems was called in to install a sump pump as well as other waterproofing products. Now the basement is nice and dry, and will be protected in the future.

As most people know, water has its way of getting into  basements. In this house, water was getting in through a pipe that had cracks in it. Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to get in and waterproof the pipe. Now the water is blocked, and the basement is nice and dry.

Staten Island homeowner called into Quality 1st with flooding issue in her basement.  She had over 3" of water across her entire floor.  A Quality 1st System Design Specialist was able to diagnose the problem as groundwater seepage.  To remedy the issue, our Design Specialist recommended a full perimeter WaterGuard System to keep her basement dry.  A TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is especially important because in the event of a clogged discharge line, the TripleSafe maintains a method that will initiate a backup pump installed which will keep her basement completely dry at all times.
